By accessing or using the 92pakr platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and that you accept them without reservation. Your acceptance is recorded at the point of account creation and is reaffirmed each time you log in to your 92pakr account or use any feature of the platform.

These Terms apply alongside any additional rules, policies, or guidelines published on the 92pakr platform, including but not limited to our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any supplementary document, these Terms shall take precedence unless otherwise explicitly stated.

92pakr reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to notify registered users via the email address on file or via an in-platform notification. Your continued use of the platform following any such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Access to and use of the 92pakr platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law.

92pakr reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by our compliance team may result in account suspension or permanent closure.

To participate in real-money gaming on 92pakr, you must create a verified account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and a valid email address.

You are permitted to hold one (1) account only on the 92pakr platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same payment method, the same device, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances held therein.

92pakr processes all financial transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and major debit cards. All payment methods accepted for deposit are also available for withdrawal, subject to the conditions set out below.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount on 92pakr is Rs 200. Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are credited to your 92pakr account within 30 seconds under normal network conditions. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) banking business day to reflect in your balance.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to verified accounts within 60 seconds for JazzCash and EasyPaisa. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one (1) to three (3) banking business days. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. 92pakr does not charge processing fees on withdrawals, however your payment provider may apply their own network charges.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used to deposit on the same account.
• 92pakr reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal above Rs 50,000.
• Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts. The name on the receiving account must match the verified name on your 92pakr profile.
• In the event of a suspected fraudulent transaction, 92pakr may place a hold on the withdrawal pending investigation.

92pakr offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual promotion, which are published on the relevant promotion page at the time the offer is active. The following general bonus conditions apply to all 92pakr promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each individual promotion page. Unless otherwise specified, the default wagering requirement for 92pakr bonuses is 30x the bonus amount.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to one account per household, per device, and per IP address. Attempting to claim the same bonus through multiple accounts constitutes fraud and will result in account suspension.
• Time Limits: All bonuses carry an expiry window, stated on the individual promotion page. Unused bonus funds and associated free spins are automatically forfeited upon expiry.

• Maximum Bet: While a bonus is active on your account, the maximum permitted bet per round or per event is Rs 1,000 unless otherwise stated. Bets in excess of this limit placed while a bonus is active may result in the bonus being voided.

92pakr reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. The decision of 92pakr in all bonus-related disputes is final and binding.

All games available on the 92pakr platform — including slots, live dealer casino tables, virtual sports, and sports betting markets — are governed by the specific rules of each individual game or market. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game before placing a wager.

All slot and RNG-based games on 92pakr use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently audited for fairness. Return to Player (RTP) rates are published on each game's information panel. 92pakr does not modify or influence RNG outcomes in any way.

• All wagers placed on the 92pakr platform are final once confirmed. Wagers cannot be cancelled or reversed after confirmation.
• In the event of a game malfunction or technical error that affects the outcome of a round, the relevant round will be declared void and all wagers refunded.
• Sports betting markets may be suspended or voided at 92pakr's discretion in the event of match abandonment, rule violations, or confirmed integrity concerns.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 92pakr platform. Engaging in any of the following activities may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and where applicable, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false or misleading information during registration or at any point during KYC verification.
• Multi-Accounting: Creating or operating more than one 92pakr account in your name or on behalf of another person.
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting promotional offers through coordinated betting patterns, collusion, or deliberate circumvention of wagering requirements.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 92pakr platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or republish any content from the 92pakr platform without prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on any 92pakr software or content.
• Use the 92pakr name, logo, or branding in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without written authorisation.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the 92pakr platform on any third-party website without permission.

Any unauthorised use of 92pakr's intellectual property may result in civil and criminal liability under applicable law.

92pakr collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement and is incorporated herein by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept our Privacy Policy.

The personal data collected during registration and KYC verification is used for the following purposes:

• Loss of funds resulting from account suspension due to breach of these Terms.
• Interrupted access to the platform due to scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or force majeure events.
• Errors in game outcomes due to third-party software provider issues, provided that affected rounds are voided and stakes refunded.
• Losses resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Any financial losses arising from gambling activity on the platform, which is an inherently risk-bearing activity.

92pakr reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Detection of multiple accounts linked to the same user.
• Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• A court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request requiring account closure.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the balance held in that account will be preserved during the investigation period. If the investigation concludes that a breach of these Terms has occurred, 92pakr reserves the right to forfeit all or part of the account balance as appropriate.

You may close your 92pakr account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Account closure requests are processed within 48 hours. Any remaining balance at the time of closure will be returned to your verified payment method, subject to the completion of any pending wagering requirements on active bonuses.

92pakr reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they significantly affect the rights or obligations of registered users — 92pakr will provide advance notice of no less than seven (7) days via the registered email address on file or via a prominent in-platform notification.

Minor amendments, such as typographical corrections, clarifications that do not alter the substance of the Terms, or updates required by regulatory changes, may be implemented without advance notice. The date of the most recent update is displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the 92pakr platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your account before the effective date of the changes.
